ONLINE LICENSING STEPS

  • Go to Portal link -    www.ehealthlicense.ug
  • Click the Login Button
  • Once the portal is open, insert username and password
  • User name is (a) your email address or (b) your phone number without the starting zero or (c) AHPC followed by your registration number
  • Password is Health@123
  • Click "My Profile"
  • Attach your passport photo
  • Fill in the profile fully until it shows 100%
  • Click 'Dashboard"
  • A link will now appear that allows you to renew your license/Extract
  • Click the link
  • Click "Proceed to payment" button
  • Make payment using the payment reference number (Flexipay)
  • Your license/Extract will be processed thereafter
  • Download license/Extract and print
